Your personalized program begins with a 90-minute initial health assessment, which includes a detailed interview exploring your family, medical and health history. Here we gain in-depth insight into psychological and physical health concerns and begin to create a personalized treatment plan. The 60-minute consultations following this assessment include coaching in nutrition, lifestyle, emotional and mental well-being as well as stress management practices.
Personal counseling sessions include education about beneficial lifestyle and nutritional changes, as well as recommended natural supplements. Anja will work with you as a team to create your personal protocol, which will be implemented in a progressive and timely way to guide you toward your health and wellness goals.
